User agreement

This user agreement complies to everyone using the service provided by this site. I have read the User Agreement, accept all of its terms and conditions and specifically acknowledge and accept the following. I must be an legal adult to trade on SecondhandMac and I certify that I am an adult and can enter into this agreement. I understand that SecondhandMac can not and does not control the quality, safety, legality or accuracy of any item listed or any item description. Trading over the Internet has certain inherent risks; I understand that these risks exist even if I take advantage of various tips described on SecondhandMac in order to minimize the risk of fraud. I will not provide fraudulent information and I am solely responsible for any information I provide to SecondhandMac. I will comply with all laws applicable to my activities on the SecondhandMac web site and with this Agreement. I will not sell any prohibited, illegal or infringing items on SecondhandMac and I will not do anything that will interfere with the proper working of the SecondhandMac web site. I understand that this Agreement limits my rights to collect damages from SecondhandMac or it's publishers for operating the web site and providing its service and that if I violate this Agreement I may be liable to pay SecondhandMac for the damages caused by my violation. I will not copy content of this site for my own use or for third party use. I will not use e-mail addresses on this site for other purposes than contacting buyer or seller of listed item. I understand that these terms can be revised at any time. I will not post or transmit to or from this site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law. I understand that any material, information or idea I transmit to or post on this site by any means will be treated as non-proprietary, and may be used by SecondhandMac or its affiliates for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products. I understand that pictures used on this site are for illustration purposes only and i understand that real models can vary from the pictures used here.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision of the Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
